The room had all the extras we needed, including an electric kettle and a tea tray filled with extra tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. We loved that our dogs were warmly welcomed, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The bar/lounge area was a great spot to relax and try the amazing white baileys hot chocolate, which was absolutely devin. We also appreciated the cool little touches like the witby rock! What made our stay even more fantastic was the sense of independence - we were left to our own devices but always had a friendly staff member available whenever we needed assistance.
